Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FullBundles (“we”, “us” or “our”), an independent sole proprietor based in Argentina that operates fullbundles.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit the Site or buy our digital products. By using the Site you agree to this Policy. For the meaning of terms used here, see also our Terms of Service.
1. Who is responsible for your data
FullBundles is the data controller for the personal information described below. Note that our checkout is operated by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record; for the payment data you enter at checkout, Dodo Payments acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the shop. We collect:
- Information you give us. When you buy or use a personalized product, this includes your email address and any text you enter to personalize a product (such as a name). If you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
- Order and payment information. To complete a purchase you provide payment details directly to Dodo Payments at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials. We do receive limited order confirmation data from Dodo Payments — such as your email, the product purchased, order amount and status — so we can deliver your files and provide support.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view and the actions you take, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not submit any in personalized-product fields or messages.
3. How we use your information
- to generate, deliver and re-deliver your purchased digital files;
- to send transactional emails, such as your download link and order-related notices;
- to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- to operate, secure, debug and improve the Site and our products;
- to understand aggregate usage and traffic through analytics;
- to detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or violations of our Terms; and
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the product you bought and provide support); legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Site and understand usage, balanced against your rights); consent (for non-essential cookies and analytics, where required — which you can withdraw at any time); and legal obligation (to meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements).
5. How we share your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only as needed. These include:
- Dodo Payments — checkout, payment processing and Merchant-of-Record services (payment and billing data);
- Mailjet (Sinch) — sending transactional emails such as your download link (email address and message content);
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — website analytics (usage and device data via cookies);
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security (technical and request data).
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests or legal process, to protect our rights, safety or property or those of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets (in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work, remember your preferences and understand how the Site is used. Some cookies are essential; others (such as Google Analytics) are used to measure traffic and improve the Site. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.
7. International data transfers
We and our service providers may process and store your information in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to deliver your files, provide support, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements — after which we delete or anonymize it. Order records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Aggregated or de-identified analytics data may be kept indefinitely.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA and Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Act, Law No. 25.326), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete your personal information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent;
- request portability of information you provided to us; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority; in Argentina this is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required for consent in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your download links and email account secure.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before providing them your information.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
